A 1:38 video; captions under CC. The steps are below too.

  1. Who Edits

Open the Cupcake Order form from Calculate a total and choose Fields. Open Price each, choose Settings, set Who Edits to Any Team Member, and choose Submit. Everyone else sees the price but can’t change it.

  2. Visibility

Add a text field labeled Bakery notes. In its Settings, set Visibility to Any Team Member, and choose Submit. Only your team sees it.

  3. Let customers in

Customers won’t have an account: in Form Settings, switch Login Required to No and choose Submit. Then in Sharing, set Public Read Access to Anyone and choose Update Share.

  4. As your team

Choose Open Link. Signed in as the team, you see Bakery notes and can change the price.

  5. As a customer

Open the same link signed out: the price is shown but can’t be changed, and Bakery notes isn’t there. Customers still fill in their own fields, and the total is worked out as before.
