Task belongs to Project — Tasks are individual units of work that contribute to a larger project.
Media belongs to Project, and also Task — Files and documents can be associated with either an entire project or specific tasks within it.
Project — This is a standalone record, representing a primary work effort.
Workflow — This is a standalone record, defining automation logic that can be applied across projects and tasks.
