This application helps small to growing businesses automate their internal and external communication workflows. Users can define custom triggers based on business logic and automatically send notifications via various channels, streamlining operations and ensuring timely communication without manual intervention.
Describe it to the Assistant’s App Starter and FasterOS designs it. This is the plan it made from the words “Custom Notification Systems”: 5 forms that work together, each also a table of records. Yours is designed from your own description, and you can change any of it before anything is made.

How it fits together
The data foundation is structured around Workflows, which define the high-level automation processes. Triggers belong to Workflows, specifying the conditions for notifications. Notifications are then defined under Triggers, outlining what message to send and how. A detailed Notification History logs every message sent. The Media entity is shared across Workflows, Triggers, and Notifications for attached documents and images.
Trigger belongs to Workflow — Triggers define specific events within a larger Workflow.
Notification belongs to Trigger — Notifications are the actions taken when a Trigger fires.
Notification History belongs to Notification — Each entry logs an instance of a specific Notification being sent.
Workflow — no parent, this is a top-level record for an automated process.
Media belongs to Workflow — Media is primarily attached to the main Workflow, but also to Triggers and Notifications for detailed documentation.
