Build an app from your forms and reports

A form for customers and its report for your team, together in one app with its own link.

1. Create the app

   Open your team, choose Apps, then Create new Faster App, and open it. An app is a set of pages, each showing something your team already has.

2. Name it

   In the App tab, give it a name for your team, the title your customers see, and a line under it that tells them what to do.

3. Add the form

   Choose By Type, then UI/Data, and pick the form, here the Catering Inquiry form from Ask the Assistant to build a form for you. That’s the page customers fill in.

4. Add the report

   Choose Add After for the next page, then By Type, Report, and pick the report of the form’s records. That’s the page your team works from, with totals for guests and budgets.

5. Share and open it

   In the Share tab, choose who can use it: your team, or anyone with the link. Then choose Open Link.

6. Your app

   The app has its own link, with the inquiry form at the top for customers and every inquiry below it for your team.
