How it's built
Four steps in FasterOS, all by pointing and clicking.
Create a form
Add three inputs, Loan Amount, Term (years) and Interest Rate, a Monthly Payment result, and an Amortization Schedule field as the last field. Turn on Auto Database so each inquiry is saved.
Add the calculations
Give each input a change rule that runs the built-in monthly payment and amortization functions, so the payment and schedule update as prospects type. A Show/Hide switch opens the full schedule.
Write your message
Create a doc, add a heading and a short note to your prospects, and embed the form under it. Center the page and choose a larger font in Page Style so it reads well on your site.
Share the link
Turn on public sharing and send the link anywhere. Prospects use it without signing in.

Do my prospects need an account?
No. Once you share the page publicly, anyone with the link can use the calculator and send you their details without signing in.
Can I use it on my own website?
Yes. Link to it from your website, emails and social posts. The page carries your message, and you can change it at any time.
Does it use AI?
No. The payment and schedule come from standard loan formulas, so the same inputs always give the same answer. AI tools are available in FasterOS if you want them, but this calculator doesn't need them.
What does it cost?
Creating an account is free, with no credit card needed. Sharing pages publicly needs a paid team: $5 a month for each creator, plus pay-as-you-go hosting. See the pricing page for details.
Can I add more fields, like down payment or property tax?
Yes. Add fields to the form and use the built-in math and financial functions on them, or add questions such as name, phone and loan purpose for your follow-up.
