The records behind it
Describe it to the Assistant’s App Starter and FasterOS designs it. This is the plan it made from the words “Sales Pipeline Management”: 7 forms that work together, each also a table of records. Yours is designed from your own description, and you can change any of it before anything is made.

The data foundation is structured around Companies as the primary customer entity. Opportunities, Contacts, and associated activities and quotes are nested under Companies to maintain a clear customer relationship view.
- Contact belongs to Company — to associate individuals with their respective organizations.
- Opportunity belongs to Company — every sales deal is tied to a specific customer organization.
- Quote belongs to Opportunity — proposals are created for specific sales opportunities.
- Activity belongs to Opportunity, Company, AND Contact — sales activities can be logged against a deal, a customer company, or a specific person.
- Product/Service — no parent; this is a standalone catalog of offerings.
- Media belongs to Company, Opportunity, Quote, AND Contact — files are stored centrally and linked to relevant records across the system.
